Terms and Conditions of class enrolment:

1. Recreational members have insurance included as part of the class fee.

2. Refunds are at the discretion of Management, if absence is due to an injury a medical certificate is required. 

3. We do not offer trial classes however will refund remaining classes if your child does  not enjoy the first class. This needs to be advised in writing with a minimum of 48 hours notice before the next class.

4. Fees will be determined according to the clubs fees policy. 

5. We offer one make-up class per term per child, unless the absence is due to injury where a medical certificate is  provided, please email admin@vitalgymnastics.com.au for your make up class to be authorized by administration.

6. Parents/Guardians are responsible for their child before and after class. Children are to be picked up from inside the premises at all times.

7. Parents/Guardians are responsible for any accompanying children in the premises.

8. Permission is given to collect information in relation to injury under the host site Revolutionise. All information will remain confidential and used only for the purpose of injury reporting.

9. Please DO NOT park in bays marked with Number 6 or 5, these are for our neighbouring businesses use.
