TXR Committee

TXR runners are supported by a dedicated volunteer Committee of Management and are voted in at our AGM each year. 

The role of the committee is to attend to the administrative tasks of the club such as

  • Membership and renewal of member registrations
  • Growth and retention of members within the club
  • General correspondence to members, local council, other running clubs or events
  • Financial matters of the clubs such as but not limited to: site fees, equipment purchases and training.
  • Grant applications with local councils, and other sporting groups. 
  • Support the development of the coaching team
  • Run the merchandising shop
  • Fundraising and social activities 
  • Oversee the safety and wellbeing of our members
