  • Paid once per season (no matter how many clubs/associations you join).
  • Ensures you are fully covered while playing, training, coaching, or umpiring.

2️ Sunbury Softball Association Fee

  • Set by SSA to cover local competition expenses, including:
    • Ground hire and lighting
    • Game balls and equipment
    • Association administration and governance
  • This fee supports SSA directly and ensures the competition runs smoothly.

🔄 Understanding Clearances & Permits

When registering, you may be asked whether you need a Clearance or a Permit. Here’s what that means:

⚠️ Key Difference:

  • Clearance = you are leaving your old club and making a new home club.
  • Permit = you are keeping your home club but also playing for another club.

📤 Clearance (Changing Clubs Permanently)

  • If you are registering for a club other than your home club, the system will prompt you to request a clearance.
  • A clearance permanently changes your home club in the system.
  • If you wish to move your registration to a new club as your home club:
👉 Continue as a RETURNING MEMBER and follow the clearance instructions.

📄 Permit (Playing with More Than One Club)

  • If you want to play with a different club in addition to yourhome club, you need a permit, not a clearance.
  • To get a permit, you must first be registered with your home club.
  • If the system asks for a clearance but you want a permit, it means you haven’t yet renewed with your home club this season.
  • Renew your membership with your home club first, then return to register with your permit club as a RETURNING MEMBER.

Please read the following information relating registering with RevSport:

  • If you have NOT previously registered for softball, click "NEW MEMBER" below and complete the online form.
  • If you have previously been a member and were registered in the RevSPORT system, you will need your Softball ID number. Once you have that, you can follow the link for "RETURNING MEMBERS" and complete the online registration.

RETURNING MEMBERS:

  • If you do not know your Softball ID number, please contact your club administrator to get it.
  • If you register without it, you may create a duplicate record, and you might pay more for registration than you need to.
