2026–27 Season Information

The 2026–27 softball season is shaping up to be one of our most exciting yet, with a full calendar of competition, development opportunities, and major events for players of all levels.

Proposed Season Dates

• Men’s A Grade: Starts Monday 14 September 2026 | Grand Final: 3 March 2027
  15 rounds plus 2 Magic Rounds

• Men’s B Grade: Starts Monday 14 September 2026 | Grand Final: 15 March 2027
  16 rounds plus 1 Magic Round 

• Men’s C/D Grade: Starts Monday 12 October  2026 | Grand Final: 15 March 2027
  15 rounds plus 1 Magic Round   (will split into C and D Grades for finals) 

• Women’s Premier League: Starts Saturday 10 October 2026 | Grand Final: 3 March 2027
  15 Rounds including double headers  (will split into A and B Grades for finals)

• Women’s Fastpitch A league: Starts Wednesday 16 September 2026 | Grand Final: 20 March 2027
  13 Rounds plus 2 Magic Rounds

• Women’s Community League (C & D Grades): Starts Saturday 10 October | Grand Final: 20 March 2027
  13 rounds including double headers

• Juniors: Starts Saturday 10 October 2026 | Grand Final: 20 March 2027

• Under 23 Men's National Championships: 18 - 23 January 2027 

• Canberra Masters Skins: 5 - 7 February 2026
• Super Magic Round: Saturday 20 February 2027
