·       Do I need to bring my own equipment? Most sessions provide the necessary equipment (nets, balls, and paddles for first-timers) however bringing your own paddles is encouraged.

·       What are some of the basic rules? More details on the rules can be found at the Pickleball Australia website, but 3 core rules include:

o   Serve: The serve must be underhand and made diagonally into the opponent’s service-zone.

o   Two-Bounce Rule: After the serve, both teams must allow the ball to bounce once before volleying.

o   Scoring: Points are primarily scored by the serving team.
