SouthWest Suns Pickleball Club was founded in 2025 by Deanna Shillabeer & Ebony Harper who are the mother-daughter team behind

 Beyond Performance Tennis and Pickleball.

Since late 2023 they have been running a program of inclusive, fun, learn to play & coaching sessions, competition leagues, as well as themed sell-out tournaments, all conducted at Morphettville Park Tennis Club.  During 2025 with the growth in popularity of their programs, Deanna & Ebony seized on an opportunity to form a new community pickleball club and apply for the vacant lease with City of Marion at Trott Park.

So here we are - Adelaide's first dedicated pickleball club with 12 newly lined outdoor courts!
