Hi to all Families ... New & Returning

Oh my gosh… we are back rolling NEXT WEEK… these school holidays are flying by…

If you are receiving this email, you are currently booked into our TERM 4 Program, SESSION TIMESLOT. I will also attach the dated 9-week program schedule for your reference.

If you have not received an invoice yet, PLEASE CONTACT ASAP TO CONFIRM YOUR POSITION. (it may be an Admin error, or that I have not received confirmations).

Can we please have ALL payments arranged prior to your skaters first session to confirm numbers moving forward, as we still have some families waiting to come and join us.

Head on down to the skate room area to sign in and check payment status etc prior to start time.

Some basics to remember...

• skaters under the age of 16 MUST have a responsible adult in the venue for the entirety of the session. This is a dangerous sport; our coaches are not permitted to assist in all circumstances that may arise. (injury or personal). As well as being available if your skater needs your assistance.
• This is a safe place for everyone, any behaviour that does not reflect our values will not be tolerated.
• No Drinks or food on the courts at any time.
• We always do our best to roll on time, so please allow enough time to get your skater ready to begin on time, we need as many coaches’ eyes on the court as much as possible to ensure a safe environment for all.
• Please contact us if your skater will not be participating at any time, we occasionally have skaters that would like the opportunity to come and try if there is a temporary vacancy.
