2. Have you changed your email address since last season?
- No - Continue - Please choose RENEW option
- Yes - This needs to be updated before you attempt to RENEW for this season.To update your email contact Kathie Makeham - sharkswpc19@gmail.com.
3. National ID Number (Past Players Only):
If you cannot find your number in past emails you will be promted via email again to verify. If you have any troubles renewing your registration please contact Kathie Makeham - sharkswpc19@gmail.com with "Issues with Membership" in the Subject Line and please provide best contact details so I can contact you to assist.
4. NSW Active Kids Voucher:
Service NSW provides two Active Kids Vouchers per year for 5-18 year olds. Enter the voucher number without spaces then click to the side of the box to check validity. If you have not already applied for these, please refer to Apply for an Active Kids voucher | Service NSW
5. Aligned Leisure Membership:
If you have a Fitness Passport membership rather than an Aligned Leisure Membership, please put this number down where it requests for Aligned Leisure details. The more members we have that have Akigned Leisure Memberships, we can keep the overall cost of registration down.

Men and Women's A, B & C Grade

Sharks Membership Types:
Junior Player - players born after 01/01/2006
Senior Player - players born before 01/01/2006
Sharks Non-Playing Coach - for those that are going to coach but not play (for insurance purposes)
Sharks Non-Playing Referee - for those are are going to referee but not play (for insurance purposes)
Sharks Supporter Member - this is $0 for supporters of the Sharks Water Polo Club who wish to watch and support our club.
Sharks Non-Playing Offical - this is $0 for those that are going to be Table officials, Team Managers or Committee Members.
Please note when registering there is a 2% credit card processing fee. The credit card processing fee has been set by Water Polo Australia as a standard admin and bank processing fee.
