Winter rowing, while a tough training period, can offer unique benefits to focus on refining your technique on and off the water. It can be a great time to focus on indoor training like ergs and strength and conditioning. If you are braving the cold and the dark, on the water, please remember to prioritize safety, and ensure you have a bow light attached when you are going out. If you are going out by yourself, please consider taking a phone.
