Junior Teams

Saints Softball Club offers teams for all ages and abilities.

All games are held at Downey Park each Saturday - there is no travelling, with all junior games scheduled to be played in the morning from 8am.

Saints Softball Club is an accredited Play On! Sports Voucher provider with a strong focus on youth participation, grassroots sports development, and community inclusion. We are a welcoming, family-focused club dedicated to empowering our players by:

Developing essential softball skills
Making lifelong friendships
Nurturing resilience and confidence
Ensuring everyone has fun on the diamond

JUNIORS:

4 yo - 9/10yrs: Kids are introduced to the game through our T-ball program focusing on skill development and having heaps of fun!

U12 - As skills develop, players will transition to a modified game, using a softer type of ball with modified rules

U14 - Using the smaller 11" game ball, players will progress to playing an unmodified game

U16 - The final transition where players progress to using a full size softball (12" leather ball)
