Event Waiver

In applying to enter the 2027 Australian Three Peaks Race I agree:

To abide by the Race Rules as laid down by the Organising Committee.
To decisions of the Protest Panel appointed by the Organising Committee which shall be final in respect to all matters concerning the race.
To accept all risks associated with participating in the race.
That the Organising Committee, in the organising, furtherance and completion of the Race has no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage of any kind, howsoever caused, arising from my participation in the said race.
That only persons who accept the aforementioned risks, shall be members of the crew of the boat entered in the race and that I shall only accept them as team members after they have signed the appropriate form to this effect.
Photographs and/or vidio recordings may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, or informational purposes, including but not limited to publications, websites, social media, presentations, and advertising. This consent is granted without expectation of compensation or remuneration. The consent applies to all photographs and/or vidio recordings taken on behalf of the organisation during events, activities, or any othe circumstance involving the undersigned.
The boat will be covered by Third Party Insurance of at least $10 million from the time of arrival at Beauty Point until the boat completes or retires from the race.

I affirm the details given in the entry form are correct, and if they change, I will at once inform the Race Director or the Organising Committee. This application for entry will not be processed until payment of the entry fee of $800 is recieved and processed by the RYCT. I understand that the credit card processing fees and charges are not refundable by the RYCT.
