It is the competitor's decision to enter an Event or to start and continue in any race. Competitors shall accept that their participation in an Event is at their exclusive risk in every respect. See Racing Rule 3, Decision to Race. None of the Organising Authority, their officers, members, volunteers, servants or agents accept any responsibility whatsoever in respect of loss of life, personal injury or damage to property which may be sustained by reason of their participation or intended participation in this event or howsoever arising in connection with the event.
