Basketball Seasons

Our basketball seasons are aligned with the South Australian school terms:

  • Summer Season: Generally runs from October through to March, covering Terms 4 and 1.
More Than Just a Basketball Club

At Rodman Basketball Club, we believe we are more than just a basketball club — we are a Skills Academy focused on the development and growth of every player.

Whether a player is just starting their basketball journey or looking to take their game to the next level, our coaching program is designed to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.

Our coaching focuses on:

  • Fundamental basketball skills
  • Game understanding and basketball IQ
  • Decision-making and confidence
  • Teamwork and team dynamics
  • Developing good habits and a strong basketball foundation

Our tailored training programs are designed to help young athletes develop both on and off the court, building skills that will support their long-term growth as basketballers and as teammates.

One club. One Development program.

One of the things that sets Rodman Basketball Club apart is our approach to player development.

Rather than separating teams into different training programs where players may learn different skills, systems or plays depending on their team, our training program focuses on developing the skills of our players as a whole group.

We believe every player deserves the opportunity to build a strong foundation in the fundamentals of basketball. By developing these core skills consistently across the club, players are given the tools to continue progressing throughout their basketball journey.

Our goal is simple: develop better basketballers, build confident players, and create a strong basketball community where every player has the opportunity to grow.
