Roddy Dowdell - CEOHi, I’m Roddy, founder and CEO of Rodman Basketball Club. With over 30 years of experience as a player and coach, I’ve dedicated my life to the game. Rodman began in 2015 and has grown into the strong, community-focused club it is today—something I’m incredibly proud of. I’ve played at country and district level 1 and have coached across domestic, district, and youth league levels. I’m also an accredited skills development coach, working with athletes of all ages and levels—from beginners to professionals. Helping players improve their ball handling, shooting, footwork, and overall game is my passion. I’m committed to creating a positive, supportive training environment that builds confidence and inspires growth. Basketball has been a lifelong love, and I’m excited for what lies ahead with Rodman Basketball. |

Jade Peel - Vice CEO & Basketball OperationsAs Vice CEO and Basketball Operations Coordinator at Rodman Basketball Club, I’m proud to help lead a club that’s passionate about development, teamwork, and community. My role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our programs, supporting coaches and players, and helping ensure our club runs smoothly both on and off the court. Rodman holds a special place in my heart—not just professionally, but personally. My son plays within the club, and being able to contribute to a space where he and so many others can thrive is incredibly meaningful. I love supporting the families, and helping foster the inclusive, welcoming club culture that makes Rodman such a great place to belong.
