Welcome to Rockingham Districts Calisthenics Club!

We’re a not-for-profit, community focused club run by dedicated parent volunteers. Our mission is to help every child thrive - building confidence, teamwork and a love for performing, all while having fun and making lifelong friends. We pride ourselves on being a family friendly, supportive and inclusive community and welcome all ages and skill levels.

Calisthenics is a uniquely Australian artistic sport that blends dance, gymnastics, ballet, acting, and apparatus work into beautifully choreographed team routines. Our performers take the stage at local competitions and concerts, and may also choose to compete in solos or duos.
