Rockingham Districts Calisthenics Club is a not for profit organisation run by volunteers and was established in 2009 to grow an awareness of Calisthenics as a team sport in the area. The club started with small numbers, just two teams and a small dedicated coaching team. Over the last 5 years the club has gradually grown to over 5 Competing Teams and 1 Non Competing with over 60 members. We are excited to begin to see the next generation of coaches come through the club as our older members progress and complete their training.

Our vision is to empower young girls with confidence, a sense of belonging and personal achievement. We want them to be part of a team, create friendships and grow in a safe environment. Calisthenics is a creative outlet for girls to challenge themselves whilst having fun with friends and creating beautiful performances. We hope to bring this sport to more girls in the community as the Club grows and hope one day to be able to provide a permanent training facility to offer more to our members.
