Complaints

River City Cali Dance Studio is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. Our complaints management process ensures that concerns are addressed appropriately, transparently, and in alignment with national and sport-specific standards. Our process follows and aligns with the Australian Calisthenics Federation Complaints Management process and Calisthenics Queensland Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy.

All complaints are handled confidentially, respectfully, and with due care.

Member Protection Officers

As a privately‑owned club, our two owners (Jess Lee and Lorinda Webster-Brooking) serve as our Member Protection Officers (MPOs). They are responsible for receiving and responding to concerns about child safety, wellbeing, behaviour, or conduct within the club.  Any concerns can be directed to info@rivercitycalidancestudio.com.au

If your concern relates to one of the MPOs, or you do not feel comfortable raising it with them, you may report directly to Calisthenics Queensland (CQ Integrity). This ensures an independent and transparent process in line with the Queensland Child Safe Standards and the ACF National Integrity Framework.
