The 10s age group has reached it's capped amount.  We will not accept any further registrations in this age group for the 25/26 Season. 

 

2025–2026 Season Registrations – Important Information

 

Registrations for the 2025–2026 season will open on 1 August 2025.

Due to the introduction of Age Caps last season, we understand that some returning members were unable to register.

 To help address this, the following process will apply:

Registration Timeline

  • 1–7 August 2025: Priority access only for returning members from Port Macquarie Little athletics club last season. 
  • From 8 August 2025: Registrations open to everyone (including returning families) 

 

Parent Duties – 2025/2026 Season

Our centre is 100% volunteer-run, and parent support is essential to ensure our weekly competitions can go ahead.

  • Each family is required to complete four (4) club-based parent duties per registered athlete:
    • Two duties before Christmas
    • Two duties after Christmas
  • If your child qualifies for Zone, Region, or State Relays, additional parent duties are required at those events.
    These are separate from the four club duties.     

Important: To receive your $50 parent duty bond refund (per athlete) at the end of the season, you must complete:

  • All four club-based parent duties, and
  • Any additional duties required for Zone, Region, or State events your child competes in.

 Tiny Tots 

The Parent Duties listed above do not apply to yourselves.  Upon registering your Tiny Tots, the $50 fee will not be applied.    Tint Tots require a parent/guardian  to be present with them at all time and assist them with their activities

Important Registration Note – Please Read Carefully

Please ensure your child is registered in the correct age group.
Do not attempt to bypass Age Caps by altering your child’s date of birth.
Registrations are closely monitored, and any incorrect registrations will be cancelled with no refund given.
