Equipment Hire
PMLAC EQUIPMENT HIRE COSTS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
PACKAGE 1: $400
Includes the use of all equipment (excluding the Timing Gates).
Package 2: $800
Includes the use of all equipment including the timing gates.
High Jump Mats:
If the fields are wet, a tarp (supplied by the user) is to be placed underneath the mats.If it rains to any extent from a drizzle to heavy downpour, the mats are to be packed up and immediately returned to the sheds until such time the rain event has ceased.
Electronic Timing Gates
Not for individual Schools Carnival use.Only for use at carnivals above this level such as Zone and Regional levels.
PMLAC will supply an 8-lane setup inclusive of all the equipment required including new batteries in each individual gate, electronic starting speakers.
The user will provide an operator along with the computer with the required program used to run the gates (Race HQ).
A date and time prior to the carnival will be arranged with the operator to ensure that their computer equipment/program syncs with our equipment.
The hirer will also need to supply an additional operator to act at the starter.
If you require a program operator, PMLAC may be able to assist you with this, depending on the availability of an operator.This will incur an additional cost of $200.
Equipment Check List
A record of all equipment leaving the shed will be kept and will be checked off when taken out of the storage shed and again upon return.
