PMHVA AGM 2026

It’s that time of year again! The Port Macquarie Hastings Volleyball Association Annual General Meeting is coming up, and we’d love to see our members there.

Sunday 11th October 2026

2-4pm

Panthers Port Macquarie

All members welcome

Our AGM is your chance to hear what’s happening around the club, have your say on where we’re heading and help shape another big year for PMHVA.

We’ll be electing our 2026–27 Executive Committee, including President, Secretary and Treasurer, as well as welcoming people interested in joining our wider committee.

We’re especially keen to find some Grizzlies who would like to take on one of our non-executive roles:

•Indoor Coordinator - help organise and grow our indoor volleyball programs and competitions.

•Beach Coordinator - help drive the development of beach volleyball in our region.

•Social Media / Content Creator - help capture the action and tell the PMHVA story.

•Governance / Child Safety Officer - help us continue building a safe, inclusive and well-run club.

You don’t need previous committee experience! These are volunteer roles supported by the whole committee. If you love volleyball, have some ideas and want to contribute to the future of the club, we want to hear from you.

Even if a committee position isn’t for you, come along, get involved and have your say.
