Juniors and Seniors will have their grading held on the same day.
Grading will be run off belt levels, starting with white belts and going into red belts. We will be running all sparring on the same day; please remember to bring all sparring gear for yellow 2 and above for contact sparring.
All members are encouraged to attend as you can assist with those grading for sparring, drills or self defence.
Please arrive 15 minutes before hand to warm up and practice before we begin.
All forms must be completed and handed in by Thursday 1st June, all coloured belts with grading books will also need to bring these in.
