ODSA Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026
The ODSA Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Wednesday 22 April 2026.
Thank you to all members who attended and contributed to the meeting, and to those who have taken on roles within the Committee for the 2026/27 season. It’s great to see both returning members and new faces stepping up to support the Association.
🟠Committee Update
While a number of positions were filled at the AGM, several roles remain vacant. These positions are critical to the ongoing operation of ODSA, and we are now calling for nominations to fill these casual vacancies.

The following roles are currently vacant:
• Secretary (nomination received)
• Registrar (nomination received)
• Treasurer (nomination received)
• Grounds Officer
• Kandooz Coordinator
• Sponsorship & Fundraising Coordinator

We are seeking nominations from members interested in contributing to the Association by stepping into one of these roles.
