If you have a complaint or concern about behavioural matters, whether concerning a player, an official, a spectator or volunteer, please record your concerns in an Incident Form. If you are unsure about lodging an Incident Form and would like to talk it through with someone, please reach out to our ODSA Member Protection Officer or the ODSA Secretary
