NSW Athletics is excited to announce that nominations for the 2025/26 Summer Season are now open! Nominations will be released in stages, so please keep an eye on the Officials Portal over the coming weeks as additional events become available.
If any officials are available and comfortable officiating at either event, please fill out the nomination form and we will schedule your attendance on based on the operational requirements of each competition.
The following officiating roles will be available:
All appointed officials will be notified via email, with appointments also published on the NSW Athletics website and Social Scheduler.
If you’re keen to officiate but your child is competing, simply select ‘Yes’ on the nomination form — we’ll work with you closer to the event to help accommodate your schedule. Half-day availability is also very welcome.

In recognition of the incredible time and commitment our Technical Officials give across both regional and metro events, NSW Athletics provides a per diem of $80 per full day (or $40 per half day) of service
