World Athetics Officials Level 1 Online Training Programme

World Athletics has provided an interactive online training programme for Level 1  and the best part is you can do it at your own pace!  This will give you a comprehensive education of track and field and the confidence to officiate.

To make the process more managble Athletics NSW has spilt the programme into six stages (as shown below). Stage 1 is mandatory before moving forward, but after this stage you can complete the rest of the education at your own pace as quickly or slowly as you free time allows.

Stage 1 only requires you to complete the following four (4) modules before you can start officiating to gain practical knowledge. These modules can be completed in any order.

  • Long/Triple Jump
  • Shot Put
  • The Race
  • The Start
