NSW Athletics is excited to announce that nominations for the 2025/26 Summer Season are now open! Nominations will be released in stages, so please keep an eye on the Officials Portal over the coming weeks as additional events become available.
Post Christmas Nominations Calendar
All appointed officials will be notified via email. Appointments will also be published on the NSW Athletics website and Social Scheduler.
If you are interested in officiating but your child is competing, please select ‘Yes’ on the nomination form — we’ll make arrangements to accommodate your schedule closer to the event. Half-day availability is also perfectly acceptable.

In recognition of the valuable time and commitment of our Technical Officials across both regional and metro events, NSW Athletics will provide a per diem of $80 per full day (or $40 for a half day) of service.
Limited travel subsidies will be available for the Regional Championships. These will be discussed directly with appointed officials.
