WP NSW Development Program – Referee and Coach Pathways

Water Polo NSW (WP NSW) is delivering a tailored development program designed to support the growth of referees and coaches in the Tamworth and Narrabri regions. The program’s aim is to provide local participants with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to reach a community-based level of coaching and refereeing.

Through structured training, practical experience, and ongoing mentorship, the initiative ensures that our referees and coaches are well-prepared to support local competitions, contribute to the development of players, and strengthen the overall quality and sustainability of water polo at the community level.
