Supporters
Membership fees consist of two separate payments:
Adult Membership
If your current membership is about to expire, or you have registered for dragon boating before but have had time away from the sport, or you are upgrading from a Dragon Pass to an Adult Membership, to RENEW please click on the "Returning Member" button at the bottom of the page and then "DBNSW Adult Membership (over 24 years)" on the next page.
As you work through each page, review any pre-filled information to ensure it is correct and complete or tick all fields, especially those marked with an asterisk (*). You will also need to scroll through (and read) ALL the Terms of Registration. Please ensure you tick all three (3) boxes to confirm you have read the Terms in their entirety, you agree to them and you are over 18.
Dragon Pass
If you want to try dragon boating and are registering for a free Dragon Pass, click on the "New Member" button at the bottom of the page and follow the steps outlined on the New Paddlers page to complete your registration.
NBWD Club Membership
Club membership fees are due before 1 July each year. To pay, please direct deposit $100 into the club's NAB bank account:
Name: Narooma Blue Water Dragons
BSB: 082-744
Account No: 359 566 334
Please ensure your name is referenced to the deposit, either as the remitter name or in the description, so we know who the payment is from. If you have any problems with your membership renewal, please contact the Membership Registrar at narooma.bwd@gmail.com. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please do not hesitate to speak with one of the Executive Committee.
Please note: New paddlers who register and join NBWD for a FULL season are eligible to receive a free club cap. Club shirts (short or long-sleeve), singlet tops and jackets are available to purchase. See the price list and how to purchase on the Uniforms page.
All members need to abide by the Australian Dragon Boat Federation (AusDBF) National Code of Conduct. A copy of the Code of Conduct is available to download here.
All members who cannot swim 50 metres in their paddling clothes must wear a personal flotation device (PFD)/life jacket. A limited number of PFDs are available at our boat shed for paddlers to use.
We look forward to seeing you on the water! Paddles up!
