Registration for this event closes at Wed 11 Nov 2026 16:00.
Trials will be taking place for U12 teams on the 11th November from 6:15pm to 7:30pm
This registration is for players born 2015/2016 (boys & girls)
Please arrive no earlier than 6:15pm for registration.
For security reasons, the venue will be emailed to registered players closer to the trial date.
An $80 registration fee will be applicable upon registration. This fee will go towards the annual membership fee required by all members of the club. If you do not register, you will not be allowed to trial.
Parents can bring children in for registration but then we kindly ask you to leave and come back to pick up at the end.
On arrival children will mark their names off at the registration table. They will be given a number.
The number will be written on their arm and a picture will be taken.
The picture and number are used to help identify kids when forming teams. The pictures are NOT used for any other purpose and will not be published anywhere.
Once everyone is registered with a number and photo the coaches will move the players to the courts.
Players will play mini-matches throughout the trials so coaches can get an idea of all players.
The coaches will take notes to help them remember players.
Parents to come and collect at the end.
Please Note: Coaches will put teams together and these will be emailed to everyone in the following weeks.
