Tuesdays - 6.45am-8.00am - Blokes in boats - training session dedicated to men only taken by Chris Cheung
Wednesdays (DURING WINTER) - 10.00am - 11.00am on water - Fitness and endurance training
Wednesday Evenings - 5.30pm-6.30pm on water - Strength and Endurance session.
Saturday - 9.00am - 10am on water - social paddle (coffee afterwards) with progression to Monday and Wednesday training sessions.
Please arrive 30 minutes earlier to on water sessions for warm up
Wear suitable clothes, closed toe shoes, suncreen and hat - DON' T FORGET YOUR WATER BOTTLE
