Welcome to the Maitland Senior and Little Athletics Club website.

Maitland SLAC is a club for all ages from Tiny Tots to the most experienced of Seniors. We aim to encourage everyone to enjoy the fun, friendship and fitness that comes from involvment in athletics.

We welcome beginners through to high performance athletes and all levels in between, as well as non-athlete volunteers and officials.  

Club nights: Friday

Time: 5:30pm Tiny Tots, 6:00pm ALL age groups                                                                      

Events: 4-week program of 4 or 5 events/week (expect the night to take between 1.5hrs-2.5hrs)

Age Groups: Tiny Tots (3-4 year olds), 6's through to Masters

Location: Maitland Regional Athletics Centre
