VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

*Saturday 2nd May*

MACCABI CAKE STALL FUNDRAISER🍰🧁🍪

Dear parents, this year Maccabi has been allocated a day (2nd May- the *first* game of the competition) to host a fundraising cake stall.

This is something every club does with all proceeds going directly to the club or a charity of our choice.

*What’s involved*:

The stall will be open between *8am-1pm*.

1. We will need 4 people to set up from 7:45am

2. Each team is expected to donate goodies. These can be home baked or store bought. Please liaise amongst your team, who’s bringing what.

4. Please drop your goodies at the table located just near the stairs to the club house when you arrive.

*The cake stall will be manned by *parent volunteers and players* not committee members or coaches. *

5. We will need 4 parents/ players to man the stall per the time slots below. Given most of our teams play between 8-11, we will need some parents to help out before or after your daughter’s game. 

Stall times are as follows:

•  7:30-8am- set up
• 8:15- 8:45
• 8.45-9:15
• 9:15- 9:45
• 9:45-10:15
• 10:15-10:45
• 10:45-11:15
• 11:15-11:45
• 11:45-12:15
• 12:15-12:45
• 12:45-1:15
• 1:15-1:45-pack down

Proceeds from the day will go towards our Maccabi end of year prize giving event and CSG, for all the amazing work they do to protect our community.

Please let your manager know what you’re bringing and what time you can man the stall. Depending on numbers you may be allocated a time slot as close to your preferred time as possible.

This is the first game of the season! Let’s set the standard and show RNA that we’re #MaccabiProud it’s a fantastic opportunity to get involved!
