We’re excited to offer optional fitness and ball skills training sessions this season to help players further develop their movement, fitness, and core netball skills.
These sessions are open to all age groups and will run every *Monday at the following times:*
Session Times
Option A: 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Option C: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
The sessions will focus on:
👉Footwork and agility
👉Passing and ball control
👉General netball fitness
⚠️ Important:
All players who wish to attend must register prior to the session so we can manage numbers and ensure appropriate coaching ratios.
*Please note that each time slot will be capped, and registrations will close once the maximum number of players for that session has been reached.*
We encourage players who want to improve their skills and fitness to take advantage of this extra opportunity!
