Helping Kids Get Active at Our Club

Families across Queensland can now access Play On Sports Vouchers, a Queensland Government initiative designed to help more children and young people get involved in organised sport and active recreation.
These vouchers reduce the cost of registration fees, making it easier for kids to participate, stay active, and enjoy the social and health benefits of sport.
What are Play On Sports Vouchers?
Play On Sports Vouchers provide financial support towards club or program registration fees for eligible children and young people. The program recognises that cost can be a barrier to participation and aims to make community sport more accessible for Queensland families.
Vouchers are issued directly to parents or carers and are redeemed through participating clubs, including ours.
Who is eligible?
Play On Sports Vouchers are available to:
Eligibility criteria and application periods are managed by the Queensland Government and may vary from round to round.
How can the voucher be used at our club?
If your child is registered (or about to register) with our club:
-
The voucher can be used to offset membership or registration fees
-
It can be applied to eligible junior programs and competitions
-
The voucher value is deducted directly from your fees when redeemed
This means less out-of-pocket cost and more opportunity for kids to get involved, learn new skills, and have fun.
Why use your voucher for table tennis?
Table tennis is a fantastic sport for juniors because it:
-
Builds coordination, balance, and reflexes
-
Encourages focus, sportsmanship, and confidence
-
Is inclusive for all skill levels
-
Can be enjoyed socially or competitively
-
Is played indoors – perfect year-round in North Queensland conditions
Our club offers a welcoming environment with structured coaching, friendly competition, and pathways for players who want to progress.
