TEAM HANDBOOK INFORMATION & ADVERTISING PRICING

Maccabi Australia will be producing a post Pan American Maccabi Games Handbook as a fundraising tool for the Games. Athletes and Officials are able to approach potential handbook sponsors (please confirm with your Team Manager first to ensure no conflicts of interest and ensure persons on the Non Hit List are not approached).

Payments for advertising in the handbook can be made via credit card, please note a 2% + $1.60 transaction fee applies to all credit card payments made through the online store or direct debit. See below to purchase an ad in the handbook.

Sponsors are able to purchase the following ads in the Team Handbook: (Note: Prices quoted include GST)

^ Minimum value $9,900+, please insert dollar value of your sponsorship on order form for the Full Page Ad Platinum.

FORMAT:

• We prefer PDF files with fonts embedded
• We accept pdf files from original InDesign or Illustrator
• We DO NOT ACCEPT PDF files from Publisher or Word
• When setting your PDF preferences, please use the PRESS QUALITY setting to ensure a high resolution file.
• Please ensure that all colour is set to CMYK. Files with RGB, PMS or spot colour will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• Registration and trim marks are not required.

LOGOS / IMAGES:

• We support Illustrator and Photoshop files in EPS, TIFF and JPG formats.
• Images should be 300dpi at 100%.
• All logos should be supplied as either single bitmap or vector artwork.
• We DO NOT ACCEPT logos embedded into a Publisher or Word document.

• For files over 5MB, please use file transfer systems (eg: wetransfer, we send it, etc.)

• Once sent / uploaded, advice email must be sent to panams@maccabi.com.au
• CD Rom (Mac Compatible) or USB flash memory devices can also be used, delivered to the Maccabi Australia Office, attention Laurence Miller.

* Please note: a portion of the cost of the advertising paid by the sponsor is retained for production of the handbook (to a maximum of $400). The credit to the athlete deducts this production cost from the advertising price.
