2023 PAN AMERICAN MACCABI GAMES

Welcome, you are nominating for the 2023 Australian Pan American Maccabi Games Team.

TEAM AUSTRALIA SUPPORTER PACKAGE

* Please complete a separate registration for each person travelling on the Team Australia Supporter Package.

Following on from the overwhelming success and positive feedback of the M21 Maccabiah VIP Supporters Mission, Maccabi Australia is excited to announce that we will be running our second Maccabi Team Australia -Supporters Program at the 15th Pan American Games, which will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from the 27th of December 2023 until the 5th of January 2024, plus pre-camp which starts on the 24th December 2023)..

We recognise that for every athlete there are loved ones, partners, family, parents and grandparents who would like to go to Argentina to support their endeavours, support Team Australia and join in on all the excitement.

To this end, Maccabi LIFE has developed an exclusive Team Australia Supporters' Program for the 2023 Maccabi Pan American Games. The Maccabi Pan American Games is a celebration of Jewish unity, culture and herirage through global athletic competition.

NEW PROGRAM STRUCTURE

We had every intention of continuing with the VIP option for the Pan Am Games, however, due to the unfortunate reality that the inflation rate in Argentina is currently running at 100%+ p.a. we have had to adjust the program. Our ability to hold pricing at a reasonable level became extremely difficult – we have pivoted and are delighted to now offer a Supporters program with a menu of VIP options that are available on an opt in basis. These are quoted in US Dollars as this in the only way we can provide certainty in the pricing.

So, what do you get as a member of the Supporter Program?

TEAM SUPPORTER

Team Hotel Accommodation (25/12/23 – 5/1/2024) Likely to be Marriott or Sheraton and based on twin share. (Single supplement and child rates available). These are the same hotels that the team are staying at – so you will get the full team experience.
Breakfast in hotel – kosher style
Lunch at sporting venues – canteen style Kosher
Dinner at Convention centre with athletes Kosher
Team tours (x2) schedule to be finalised by Argentina organisers.
Opening Ceremony Ticket
Attendance at all Team events eg: Shabbat dinner, Team Party etc.
Free transport to all sporting venues as scheduled.
Opening ceremony T Shirt and cap
Airport transfers – only if travelling with the Team
Onground insurance for duration of the games (not travel insurance)
Security tag and accreditation – which gives you access to all venues. Without accreditation access with be restricted
Funding options though Australian Sports Foundation and Handbook

Cost: $9500 au excluding flights

EXCLUSIONS:

Flights: We have secured a limited number of economy flights to travel with the Team at AU$4500 pp. These need to be booked through Goldman travel and preference will be given to those who have paid a deposit. Funding options are available.
Travel and medical insurance. (onground insurance available with full supporters package)
Personal expenses
Meals not specified above
Alcohol
Room upgrades and hotel expenses

VIP OPTIONS

If you would like to add a VIP flavour to your trip we have arranged the following VIP options which you can opt into on a piecemeal basis. Availability is subject to numbers

Menu Options quoted in USD to hold prices)

VIP transfers from airport US$185 each way for 2 people
VIP tours curated by tour operator (4 options as attached to be confirmed) These will be spread over the 12 days and will be limited in numbers with private transport and guide US$560 pp including lunch x 4
Unique high end restaurant dinner dining experiences x3, US$350 pp (includes Tango experience)
Gala VIP event held by organisers $US120 pp
Maccabi Life uniform – polo shirt, sports jacket, T shirt, water bottle and cap US$300pp
Speaker program – high profile personalities reflecting culture sport and Jewish life (x3) generally pre dinner or around breakfast to align with sporting schedule US$275 pp

Supporters Accreditation ONLY package

Finally due to requests from Families travelling to the Games who don’t want to avail themselves of being part of the Team we are now able to offer an accreditation package.

This only includes:

Transportation to venues from the Team hotels
Entry to venues
Opening ceremony ticket
Shabbat Dinner with the Team
New Year’s Eve Party
Gala event access

Cost $2200.00 per person

NEXT STEPS

You need to register ASAP – no later than 16^th June
As part of this pay a holding deposit of $1000 deposit – this isfully refundable by the end of July (Excluding original Merchant fees charged by RevSport circa 2.2%)

Make a Final Payment by 1st September 2023

If you have not already done so, please register your interest and pay a deposit of AU$1000 per person by no later than 16^th June 2023

RETURNING MEMBER / NEW MEMBER

Ready to register? If you have previously created an account with RevolutioniseSPORT (previous Pan Am Games, Junior Carnivals or club registrations) please select the 'RETURNING MEMBER' button at the bottom of the page and enter your National Member ID number (4 digit number) or DOB and Surname to register.

If you do NOT have an existing account, please select 'NEW MEMBER' at the bottom of the page and create an account to complete your registration.

Select Team Australia Supporters Package' as the "Club" on step 1 of the registration form.

NOMINATIONS FOR TEAM AUSTRALIA

The Australian Delegation to the Pan American Maccabi Games will include Junior, Open and Master athletes in Male and Female competition ONLY.

Your nomination is considered complete when you have:

Completed the online registration form (click register below to start the form)
Agreed to the Pan American Maccabi Games Team Membership Agreement
Paid the $1000 nomination fee

Things you need to complete the form by providing the following information, all of which is held in the utmost confidence.

Medicare card;
Private Health fund information - if you are a member;
A passport style photo of yourself to upload;
Information about any allergies;
Any current medication that you are taking; and
A credit card for payment of nomination fee.
