HELPERS NEEDED!

We're seeking officials and volunteers to help us make this year's 24th Annual Outback Sunset Carnival a great experience for everyone. 

If you know a thing or two about the track, pit, circle or sector, we would love you to come and help officiate an event with us. Officiating knowledge & experience is great, but you don't need to be certified to help run an event.

We need people raking, spiking, measuring, returning implements, using the flags, starting, marshalling athletes......

The more people we can get to help, the smoother and quicker events will run. You'll almost certainly learn something new and meet new people.

Helpers aren't just needed on the field, there are jobs around the grounds too that would help make the day run smoothly for everyone. You know the saying, More hands make light work 

Some of the areas we need help with are:

• Track & Field event officials
• General volunteer - any area where required on the day
• Set up & pack up (Friday, Saturday morn & arv, Sunday morn & arv)
• Canteen helpers - even if it's only a couple of hours at a time
• Rubbish bins/rubbish removal
• Toilet check & clean
