SailPass gives non-members the opportunity to sail at LCSC for a modest daily fee. It’s an easy, fun, and flexible way for a non-member to get out on the water, learn new skills, while enjoying the lifestyle and amazing locations provided by our sailing club.
It’s a short-term, introductory membership (usually for 1 - 3 days), that allows non-members to participate in club sailing activities.
Can I participate in club racing if I buy a SailPass?
Yes you can. By acquiring an Australian Sailing SailPass, racing participants (skippers and crew), will meet the requirements of Australian Sailing’s prescription, to Racing Rule 46. An Australian Sailing SailPass will also provide racing participants with personal injury insurance cover, for the day/s that they are registered.
AS Prescription to RRS 46:
“All persons on board a boat while racing, shall be members of a Club affiliated to Australian Sailing and have an Australian Sailing number, or, hold a valid SailPass”

Please click here to purchase a sailpass. This will take you to the "New Memberships" page. Scroll to the bottom and select "New Member". On the next page, fill in the details as requested and then select "Next step". On the following screen select the SailPass Membership option and then follow the prompts.
