2025/2026 AVSL CLUB HELPER DUTY ROSTER
Using the google sheets link below, please choose your preferred duty on the roster spreadsheet by 6pm, Saturday 4th of October. This allows you to pick a round that suits you best. If no duty is chosen by then, one will be allocated for you.

AVSL, XCR & State Championships
Athletics Victoria relies on club helpers to support duties at AVSL, XCR, and State Championship events. KSB is allocated multiple rounds per season where helpers must be supplied. A helper duty roster will be created for these rounds and competitions, and your availability must be confirmed prior to your allocated duty.
All families are required to complete at least one helper duty per AVSL season. Additional duties may be required for State Championship events. Your support ensures our athletes can compete and that the club continues to meet its competition requirements.
We thank our club members for their time and effort when fulfilling club helper duties and stepping in when required.
