Naomi provides information and guidance about member wellbeing, respectful behaviour and club policies. She can help members understand the support available and explain options for raising a concern, including concerns about bullying, harassment or discrimination.

Caroline is a contact for children, young people, parents and carers who have questions or concerns about child safety at the club. She listens to concerns, helps members understand how to report them and supports the club’s commitment to a safe and welcoming environment for young people.
