Henley Hustlers Pickleball Club is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and well-governed environment for all players.
Our club operates in alignment with the policies, rules, and guidelines of Pickleball Australia and Pickleball South Australia, as well as our own club standards.
All members are expected to familiarise themselves with the documents outlined below.
Pickleball Australia (National)
Pickleball Australia sets the national governance framework for pickleball in Australia.
These documents apply to all registered members.

Pickleball South Australia (State)
Pickleball South Australia provides the state-level governance, competition structure, and member standards.
These documents apply to all members playing in South Australia.

Henley Hustlers Pickleball Club (Club)
Henley Hustlers adopts and supports the policies of Pickleball Australia and Pickleball South Australia as the minimum standard for behaviour, safety, and conduct.
In addition, all members are expected to comply with Henley Hustlers club rules, session guidelines, and directions provided by session organisers and volunteers.

These pillars underpin how Henley Hustlers sessions are run and how members are expected to behave on and off the court.
Membership Terms & Declarations
By registering with Henley Hustlers Pickleball Club, members acknowledge and agree that:
• Membership is subject to approval by the club, state association, and Pickleball Australia.
• If approved, the individual becomes a member of the club, Pickleball South Australia, and Pickleball Australia.
• If membership is not approved, registration fees will be refunded in full.
• Members agree to adhere to all applicable policies, rules, and guidelines issued by the club, state association, and Pickleball Australia.
Members also declare that they are physically fit to participate, will take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing during play, and consent to emergency medical treatment being obtained on their behalf if required.
Lodgement of a membership application is taken as acceptance of these terms and declarations.
Important Note
Failure to comply with applicable policies, codes of conduct, or reasonable directions may result in disciplinary action in accordance with Pickleball Australia and Pickleball South Australia procedures.
