This course is designed to enable participants to extend on their crew competencies by assisting with all aspects of sailing, including having basic helming competence. The GRYC Sailing Instructors (accredited with Australian Sailing) work with small numbers of students, both within the classroom and on the water.

As detailed below, the registration fee for non-members allows participants to apply for Associate Membership at no additional cost. GRYC is committed to supporting new sailors to gain onwater experience following course completion with a specific focus on Friday evening and other race events.

Members $300.
