Australian Sailing - 1. Discover Sailing Experience - Keelboat
Course information
Registration for this course closes at Thu 17 Oct 2024 17:00.
This is the perfect 2 hour 'come try' for anyone wanting to discover sailing in a small keelboat without the risk of capsizing. The GRYC is an accredited Discover Sailing centre and offers discover sailing experiences and longer ‘learn to sail’ courses. On Discover Sailing Day, you will have the opportunity to go for a sail with an experienced sailor in 1 of 2 timeslots (either 10am-12 or 1-3 pm), have a look at the Club facilities, and find out about courses available.
Suitable for ages 16 and above.

This course is for participants keen to experience what keelboat sailing is about.

This is the perfect 'taster' for anyone who wants to discover sailing for the first time. This is the perfect introduction and can be the ideal way for you to begin your sailing journey, without having to commit to a full training course.
