Athletics ACT - Registration Conditions and Waiver
In undertaking this registration
- I confirm that the details provided as part of the registration process are true and correct;
- I acknowledge and agree to comply with the policies of Athletics ACT, as detailed on the Athletics ACT website;
- I acknowledge my responsibility not to take actions nor make public comments that would bring the reputation of Athletics ACT into disrepute
Goulburn-Mulwaree Athletics
Goulburn Mulwaree Athletics Club Registration Conditions
- I acknowledge that it is a condition of membership that at least one (1) parent or guardian is present at all times while their child/ren are competing.
- I acknowledge that athletes who are unattended by a parent/guardian will not be permitted to participate in the meet.
- I acknowledge that all athletes must compete wearing the official Goulburn Mulwaree Athletics Club shirt (current cost $38.00).
- I acknowledge that at least one (1) parent or guardian must help with allocated duties whenever their child/ren's age group is rostered on. This may include (but is not limited to) setup, pack-up, finish line assistance and BBQ.
- Tiny Tots Program: As a condition of membership, I acknowledge that parents of Tiny Tots are required to take turns facilitating and assisting with sessions each week.
