The aim of Northern Rivers Hockey Skills Camp is to develop players into the new methods of modern field hockey skills, whilst understanding how to execute each one correctly, and in different contexts and playing situations.

Have a lot of fun trying to perform some of the individual skills that are not ordinarily taught on your training day, like jab-defence, sweeps/fake-sweeps, flicks, tomahawks, drag-flicking, and slip'n'slide deflections.
