FNC Hockey to continue environmental improvements

Far North Coast Hockey are proposing a new water storage reservoir development which will increase water storage from a maximum of 150,000 litres to in excess of 400,000 litres. The facility in Goonellabah currently has two water filled synthetic surfaces and utilises a combination of harvested water and mains water.

A NEW PLAYGROUND FOR FAR NORTH COAST HOCKEY

The Far North Coast Hockey Association has received $77,876 from the NSW Government’s Stronger Country Communities Fund to build a children’s playground at the fields in Goonellabah and support parents to continue to play sport locally. The new playground at the Lismore Hockey Fields will mean parents are able to bring their children to games and training, knowing there is a safe place for them to play.
