To support our preparation for France 2026, Wynette Monserrat, a DAA Member, has kindly developed a land-based exercise plan for our Composite Crews.
The program includes simple exercises with YouTube links and is designed to be accessible, flexible and suitable for paddlers to complete individually or in small groups to help build strength, mobility and overall fitness in the lead-up to the Festival.

Please note this plan is provided by DAA as a suggested fitness resource only and not in the capacity of coaching or supervised training. Paddlers should work within their own fitness and medical limits, modify exercises as needed, and prioritise safety at all times.
