Training is held at Grevillea Park, Menindee Drive, off Morshead Drive - next to Capital Lakes Rowing Club.

When

Monday evening: 5.45pm - 7pm

Thursday morning: 5.45am - 7am 

Saturday morning: 8.15am - 10.30am 

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for parking and getting the boats ready and into the water. Our Saturday morning training session is followed by a coffee and well-earned cake at On Lake Cafe.

Please note there is no training on Saturday if a regatta is scheduled. 

Winter training commences on Saturday 9th May 2026 and continues until September
