Our Marathon event was a huge success for all involved.  Congratulations to all paddlers who took part in the 42km paddle from New Norfolk Bridge to Tasman Bridge. It was wonderful to see so many Derwent Storms members working hard to ensure that the event went smoothly, ensuring all boats were ready, support crew were available, plenty of food was available for morning tea stop and then for the gourmet lunch at the end.

This was followed up on the Sunday with a mini regatta, again with plenty of Storms assistance with boats, support, catering and general welcome and support. The reviews that we have been receiving from interstate visitors are testament to a very successful weekend.
