Darling Downs Sailing Club
The Darling Downs Sailing Club recently celebrated 50 years of sailing on Cooby Dam in the Toowoomba Region. We are an inclusive community committed to establishing sailing as a viable water sport on the Darling Downs.
Although incorporated, the DDSC is volunteer organisation that is family orientated, offering sailing 150 kilometers from the coast and 1,500ft above sea level.
The club is located at Loveday Cove, Cooby Dam with gates open at 9am on designated sailing days. Please see the Sailing Calendar to view the year's program.
Sailing over the Easter holidays 2026
For those wanting to try something new over the Easter break, the DDSC will be hosting social sailing and race days over the weekends of the 12th April, along with the 19th April.
